Tilly's top recipe tip
You can easily increase the number of servings of this recipe if you're hosting more guests. And, if you like things spicier, you can use hot smoked paprika or some chilli powder.

Method
-
step 1
Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Remove the camembert from its wrapper. Line the wooden base with baking parchment, then return the cheese to the base. Score a criss-cross pattern into the top of the cheese using a sharp knife, then drizzle over 2 tsp of the hot honey. Put the cheese, in its base, on a baking tray and bake for 20 mins.
-
step 2
Meanwhile, combine the nuts, 1 tbsp of the hot honey, the sweet smoked paprika and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a bowl. Tip out onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment and shake into a roughly single layer. Bake alongside the camembert for 10 mins. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
-
step 3
Pile the nuts on top of the camembert, drizzle over the remaining 2 tsp hot honey and serve with crusty bread for dunking.
